Graduate School Course Withdrawal

 


Period: Tuesday, 15 April (10:00) - Thursday, 17 April 2025 (23:59)
*Same schedule as the undergraduate course withdrawal period.

 

[How To]
- Via Yonsei Student Portal online. 
(학사정보시스템 -> 학사관리 -> 수업 -> 수강 -> 수강철회신청)
(Yonsei Portal Service → Academic Information System→ Academic Management → Course → Course Enrollment → Apply for withdrawal)

 

[Important]
- At least one course needs to remain registered after the withdrawal. 
- Replacing the withdrawn course with another course will not be possible.
- Withdrawn course will not affect the GPA. However, 'W' (withdrawal) will appear as a remark in the official transcript. 'W' will still be reflected even if you retake the class.
- After withdrawing from a course during the designated period, verify that the course has indeed been withdrawn by checking the course enrollment list on the Yonsei Portal System.
- Tuition fees will not be refunded.

-The withdrawal of undergraduate prerequisite courses is only allowed during the general graduate school course withdrawal period.
