Greetings from UIC ISE Graduate Office,

Yonsei University Graduate school will conduct a course evaluations & Education/R&D Survery Evaluations for 2025 Fall semester through Yonsei Portal Service Academic Information System.

You must complete the course evaluations and education/R&D survey evaluations to check the grades during the grade confirmation & request for grade change period, so please refer to the following guidelines to participate in the evaluations.

2. Online Process: Yonsei Portal Website(http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) → Academic Information System → Academic Information → Courses → Conduct lecture evaluation

3. Important Remarks

a. All students must complete these evaluations in order to check final grades during the grade confirmation & request for grade change period.

b. Course evaluation and Education/R&D survey evaluations are processed anonymously.

c. All evaluation responses cannot be modified once they are saved.

d. Depending on the nature of the course, not all enrolled courses may need to be evaluated.

※ Courses Excluded from Course Evaluation: Individual study and credit exchange courses

e. For professional graduate school course evaluations, please contact the office of each graduate school (such as the United Graduate School of Theology, Graduate School of Business, Graduate School of International Studies, Graduate School of Information, Graduate School of Communication & Arts, Graduate School of Social Welfare and more)

f. Final grade registration may take about a week after the grade confirmation & request for grade change period.

g. The final registered grades can be found at Yonsei Portal Website(http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) → Academic Information System → Academic Information → Grades → Overall performance check
